Damn I felt junky on this one. Was stupid and stayed up until 2 am and woke up at 8am. I think the lack of sleep and bad nutrition/hydration made this one feel a l ot worse than it actually was. All of the first four miles I got accurate splits for were 7:10 +- 2 seconds, which is a lot faster than I felt like I was going. 5.5-7 was in the woods which was nice, to be in the shade. Not sure if I am going to run yet tomorrow or not.
