Comments:
.5 mi (5:40 pace), 1 mi (5:50 pace), 2 mi (6:30 pace); 5 min. rest; .5 mi (5:40 pace), .5mi (5:50 pace).

Slightly disappointed with this workout. I was hoping to do 1 mile at 5:50 and 1 mile at 6:30 in the second loop. Still this was a big jump in intensity. Eventually I will be able to handle this and more.
