Fartlek of 2:00 on, 1:00 recovery for 5k. Felt decent. Probably averaged 5:00-5:10 pace on the fast intervals and recovered with a slow jog. Ran on the course I'll be racing on Sunday. Prize money and free beer for a year on the line!
