Comments:
The 400ds were horribly painful, especially since the wind was going so fast, i was happy that i was able to stick with most of the work out. My legs felt like lead, all stiff and heavy and every time at the last 100 meeters my calfs were burning. We ran 2000 meeters for a warm up, but to me it felt like the work out itself, and the cool down was the same, i got home and did some abs but that night i totally crashed.
