Comments:
Normal steady state for the first 5. Stopped 5 miles in for a bathroom break. I decided to take advantage of the rest provided by the break and the big downhill and really crush the last mile. Hit 4:35. I usually run this last mile in 5:00-5:10, so it was pretty cool to go 4:35
