Comments:
2 miles up on grass, 600, 800, 600, 800, 600, 800, 400, 200 with 30 seconds recovery between each. Went 1:37, 2:51, 1:46, 2:56, 1:45, 3:00, 63, 30. Was under on just about all of them. I don't feel very fast on Fast Bowl, ironically enough. Need more sleep. 2 miles down.
