Comments:
1st in 21:30. Very hilly course, about 100m longer than 4 miles. Overslept and woke up an hour before the race. Felt groggy and dehydrated and decided to just tempo it for the first 3 miles. Still felt really tired during the last mile but decided to push anyway and closed in 4:55. No one to run with which sucked. 2nd place was some tiny Asian kid from Millburn High in 22:50. Myles was out of shape and got 3rd in 23:20
