Ran 12 miles to the Cloisters and back with Ian. It was a cool run. The way there we ran up the west side highway and it was very hilly. I was hungry before we ran, so the first half felt ok. After I had some Goo at the cloisters, I felt better. the last mile or so was tough. I was glad to be done. We stopped for about 30 minutes total, I'd say...?
