Training Run at Lunch

Weather: Upper 30's rainy

From the Pro Club, I ran down 148th, to the Sammamish River Trail. I took that back to SR-520 and ran up the bike path back to the gym.

The first 3.5 miles felt great -- it was all downhill or flat. I had a 7:06 pace at that point. It got harder on the way back, but I also took it easier.

It was great to be out working in the cold and rain, though. That's what I've got to be willing to do to accomplish my goals.
