Pre-run energy bar, knee brace, and I was able to hit 6 minutes on my 3rd 6 mph set. It was a fluke as I misread the clock and thought I was at 4:30 minutes, when I was actually at 5:30 minutes, so I finished the last 30 seconds and then realized I hit 6 minutes!!! W00T!!!
