Split Tempo

Exercise Type: Run

Out around 9am and it was starting to get hot. Did a 2/1/1 split tempo w/ a 3:30 break and a 1:30 break. Felt pretty crappy even before I started this workout and I was not pleased with how this went. I need to improve in holding a tempo pace around 6 for longer distances.
