Comments:
Didn't feel too bad, just a bit tired. Anyway, I had some pain in my strained belly muscle thing, but I managed three laps at around 3:20 with a minute or so walking recovery. Heart rate recovered to 80 within a minute and a half after the last one, and then stayed there.
