That was some dookie. Felt really floppy. Guess that's expected for being a lazy fart for the past few days? HR has been a lot higher than normal, not quite sure what to do about that (from food? from not moving? still such a noob at heartrate buisiness...). Still can't handle solid/normal food, so not quite sure what to do about that either if I want to get back into full on training. Strength after.
