Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
i was having an okay run, feeling better than the past 2 days but nothing stellar. it started raining like the last 8 minutes of my run, and so i started going faster as if to escape the rain. but it felt so natural, and the faster i went the less tired i felt and by the end i was edging 6 minute pace and all the fatigue disappeared and it was literally amazing like magic.
