Exercise Type: Run

Weather: snowing, windy

Comments:
Went around 2:00pm from my room. Actually appreciated the snow, it was nice to run alone in the snow. Anyways, a dog followed me from the chemical plant all the way back to KAC. I rang the doorbell at 5 or 6 houses but no one knew who the dog belonged to. He came into the KAC with me and the assistant AD called security and they just told him to let him outside and maybe it would go home. The only thing is, the dog had no tags and was 5 miles from home. He also had a shock collar on his neck and on his privates, which was just awful. We put both the collars on his neck and one of the maintenance guys took him outside. I had a meeting for judicial stuff at 4 I had to be at or else I would have tried to drive him back out towards where I found him. I am not a huge animal person, but it was enough to break your heart.
