first day of running

Weather: dark, hot, humid,...i was in my basement

well my dad just bought this really nice and complex tredmill thingy and its super complicated...anyway it was too dark to run outside and i just remembered at like 10 that i needed to start running like two weeks ago. my brother guilted me into it (weird because hes a lax bro) anyway he told me that i needed to start training if i wanted to be good at something and i should start using my talent because i could be really good...what a nice boy right...well the tredmill wouldnt let me just do a normal run so it made me do a warm up and slowly go up to my pace, also it works in km not miles...so i cut out all the warm up and cool down so this was my run without the non-sense...

it kinda felt hard because i havnt been running in awhile. it hurt and i sweated really bad. plus i couldnet hear the tv over the tred mill...so i listened to my ipod instead and let me tell you that my folk music isnt the best motivator...im gonna hastag this comment #hard#firstrunofthesummer#whydoirun
