Comments:
As a general rule, I've just experienced, it is inadvisable to eat rich food before running, even if you wait a few minutes. An hour or two is better. If you can stop to poop, that helps too, but there's a good chance you'll have to force it. The bathroom at Weigels is not all that bad, though it's not as spectacular as some of the bathrooms at the kangaroo gas stations.
