Did these on the bowl by myself. 2 miles up, 3:54, 3:54, 3:51, 3:48. 1 minute recovery between. Didn't feel too hard, was pretty happy with the times given that they were on grass and I was running alone. 2 mile cooldown. It was nice to do a workout. Would like to do something fast on the track friday or saturday.
