Weather: Cloudy, a little windy, high 30's low 40's

Comments:
Got up late, at a muffin for breakfast and the remainder of a Fuze. Before run I did a half an hour of yoga from yogatoday.com (thanks, Troimen!); I think it helped me get stretched out. Ran part of campus and the River Trail (started and finished at Potbelly's) with Troimen. Felt good, ran a decent clip most of the way. Ran as fast as I could back to the dorm afterward.
