So, i learned a very important lesson. Pasta. Pasta. Especially raviolli with a pesto sauce and a mouth watering tomato mozzarella salad with fresh herbs and tomatoes from my family's garden, is not somthing you want to eat an hour and a half before a long run. DON'T DO IT. :P It included a lengthy stop at weigles about 3 miles into the run that took about 20 minutes with a creepy worker guy that kept talking to me as i waited in line for the restroom. I did not have a very happy tummy at all. However lots of fun running with david on the turnpike. it was still about 8 minute mile pace but it is only the beginning of the season.
