Yay! I had headed there early to hopefully catch up on my miles but after the first two miles before the girls came to meet up and a chat with a former team mate i was excited to see some more or our amazing girls team! I decided after the second mile with the girls that i was a little to sore to do 6 today so its the beginning of the month anyway dont need to kill myself yet. and i got to finish my run with kyoung-a and anna and maddie and then help another girl finish her run it get to know her a little better and learn that i am not alone in my love of nutrition yay! no clue what the time was for the next time spent a lot of my time listening to conversation and talking to stephanie and i also forgot to start my watch again
