Evening shake out run

Ran with our crazy dogs for the first mile and dropped them off and did a two mile shake out and hilly run. we did sprints with alex today and i was already starting to get sore so i wanted to do a shake out run and finish my last day of just doing 4 miles its 6 miles from now on with an eight mile long run whoot whoot! made a protein shake btw with the 1 scoop of protein powder i use plus 6 oz. of milk and 1 banana it tastes very very similar to the banana pudding milkshake at chick-fil-a and its awesome for after any workout to rebuild muscle. plus valerian and hops, somthing to take if you are a restless sleeper, it is also a natural muscle relaxant which means at night while you sleep it is helping to repair your muscle too, which is pretty cool. Mom let me know about it and i've been trying it since sunday after my 8 mile run and yesterday not been too terribly sore. it has been very cool and excited for tomorrow's 4 mile run in the morning, and 2 mile run with the girls in the evening whoot!
