Comments:
Running today was dreadful! i got together with the sv girls and it was my first time running on the golf course where i tripped during spring break and messed up my knee. the heat was horrible and i forgot how many hills were there. but on the plus side, i will now hydrate smarter and im stronger for conquering those hills! OH YEAH!
