Comments:
7:30am start. Nice and cool temps. Feeling the fatigue took awhile to warm up. Started to feel better at mile 8. Tempo the last 8 miles. Got warm on the levee the bottle of water I brought was not enough. Though fatigued, something good I've noticed is that I've been able to get through without gels lately. Newton Distance 2.
