Comments:
not sure why i'm still trying, but for some reason i can't make myself stop completely, so i'm just half assing it, not getting any better, but making myself perpetually sore at all times. awesome.
1600 5:05 (felt terrible)
1200 felt good, slow, everyone else was understandably more tired from the tempos
mile tempo pretty fast, again, didn't run while the others were, so i gave them a head start and caught up, felt too fresh on this one though
400 felt good, legs didn't want to go any faster, but tried my best to hang with carter
