Okay, so... I wound up stopping after 45 because I was feeling dizzy and tingly all over. I started feeling weird not too long into the run but I couldn't decide if I should stop or keep going. But I figured the rest of the workout was doomed to be slow and not beneficial to my training, so I stopped. Felt okay afterwards, I guess. I'm guessing it's because I didn't eat very much the day before. I was fairly hydrated though, and I'm continuing to drink lots of water...
