Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A bit of a liberating run, really. I did my usual circuit, but felt my shins hurting within the first minute. I stopped and stretched them out a bit, feeling exposed and awkward of course. I kept running through the pain, stopped at the poles, and walked a little bit farther than I usually do.

I felt worse than I usually do and tried to decipher whether they were excuses or real complaints (too hard to tell with me). I picked up my running again at the wooden corral fence. Felt a little better.

Reached my house and began walking around the inner circle of the neighborhood. I gave myself about 45-60 seconds of that before I decided to run the rest of the way. I felt way better at the end, and even stretched out in the drive way and did a crunches/push-ups set in the living room.

I started questioning my run today, which is what led me to /r/running, all the sites, and deciding to start this journal. I see the points they're making and I'll try to implement them tomorrow.
