Weather: 50, windy, sunny
Comments:
2 miles up to the middle school track, stretch, drills, 4x500 with 3-4 minute recovery. No watch but made sure they were tough. Nasty wind on the backstretch. Jogged a lap in between each and 1.5 mile cooldown.
