It was silly of me to run in the afternoon heat, but when I got up in the morning I could tell I wouldn't survive a run. I felt a little better on this run though, and I think it's because I actually had food in my system. I started off with a ten minute walk and felt okay, so then I ran for thirty minutes. Right away my legs felt like lead, but they actually got a little better over time. My arms didn't start to feel tingly until about 25 minutes into the run, which is an improvement that is probably due to, once again, having food in my stomach. I felt a bit pathetic pace-wise, and at the end of 30 min my body was exhausted. Considering that plus the heat I thought it would be wise to stop. Sigh.
