Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Went to Wilson to swim today. Was planning on 3k but then figured to top it off 200m more for 3200m. I'll increase strength, maybe twice a day, until this gets better. Ankles looking/feeling pretty ugly, hopefully will be a bit better to at least test out tomorrow
