I felt a lot better in general than the past couple days. For one thing, I wasn't already fatigued before the run, and during the run I didn't get dizzy and my arms barely tingled. Throughout the run my legs did get pretty tired, but I didn't feel as slow and death-like as I did the past few runs. I stopped at 45 min though because my legs and body were very tired at that point, and although I felt a little better in general than in the past I didn't want to overdo it. I think I'm getting there, though.
