Hot weather 6 mile

Weather: hot and humid

Comments:
Very humid at 8:20 when I left with some ice taped into cap--it definitely helped! I went slow so I could get the miles in and took 4 water breaks (stopped watch). Going to get a water belt that holds more water or try to stash some on the route.
