Comments:
Either I was running on an extremely inaccurate treadmill at my country club's gym, or I am much worse at running than I had thought. If the distance and time on the treadmill were correct, this is a crushing blow to my ego, for I felt like I was running significantly faster than the pace listed below. Anyways, I did planks and leg lifts after.
