Felt pretty sore today so i took it easy today. Went at 7:30 pace for the first half of the run. The second half was right around 7:40 pace. Ran for the most part alone. Cadence of 174 then 168. Splits: 7:54, 7:34, 7:35, 7:22, 7:28, 7:38, 7:44, 7:48, 7:47, 7:40, 7:42
