Comments:
ran with nick(new freshman). we went three we were at like 9 minute pace then picked up to 8:40. he didnt have to stop so that was good.
anthony took him all the way back. i took the rest of the run really fast. ran with marquis to the four where he turned around and i kept going to the 5. felt pretty good. just really good weather. i realized that when i run at a faster pace i overstride so got to control that. but honestly a really good run today. cadence of
