Another Turtle!

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: nice and cool(by that i mean 75 but thats a lot better than 90)

Comments:
Saw another turtle but this one was laying eggs. It was pretty big. Ran with vaughn and was moving pretty good by the end.

Left foot is hurting kind of bad. Ive been icing and am going to take some ibuprofen. I think i will either take tomorrow or the next day off.

Have been pretty tired recently. Over the weekend I didn't sleep well because of the heat. Then I couldn't sleep 2 days ago so i just ended up laying on the roof.
