workout today to make up for some shitty performances yesterday, 4 x ~300m, ~400m, ~500m on the lower field with weirdly set up cones, went quick and felt really strong the whole way, felt solid coming out of each turn and finishing, finally running on the grass was nice, legs didn't feel too dead afterward
