Comments:
i went five on my own and that just sucked cause i had to take a shitt for like the last 3 miles. thats why my pace was pretty slow. then i did 3 with the new freshman. dont know the pace or time for that run. sun was killing at that time though.
really hurting badly toay. my ankles and knees hurt. and even my hip started to bother me at one point. not the greatest day. was just out of it.
