Weather: Sunny, breezy, not too hot
Comments:
Forest park course. Did first hill and back after completing, then did inside loop running strong. Was planning on doing a 5 miler but I got really hungry at the beginning of the run and had to take a dump wicked bad by the end of the course.
Feet starting to hurt more from the rocks. Although today, I was starting to learn, especially going down the last hill of the course, it's just smart running I lack. Gotta take quick light steps, almost feels like it's going to be hell on the knees but it's not.
