Comments:
Upon arriving at St. Alban's we warmed up, did some planks, super-people and bridges. Following these was the most humiliating and physically the worst feeling run in my entire career. It was supposed to be an out and back tempo run, but the way back was utter failure for me. It was a result of poor hydration habits earlier today. We did 6 striders at the end. Water is in order.
