Comments:
first workout. it was really hot but weather actually gave us a break and it got cooler as the workout continued.
pace was 6:26-6:31
hit 629,631,628
actually felt pretty good.
ran a mile warm up. 3 mile workout and 2.5 cooldown. cool down was 3 laps at bowl plus 200. for two miles then half mile back. wanted to do more of a cool down but i drank too much water right after the workout out and felt uncomfortable the whole cooldown
