Comments:
long run. felt ok but kind ehh. proaly from the workout yesterday. nothing hurt like alot but i did feel my caalfs kind of dead from the start. just heavy i guess. weather was actually nice though which made things better. did 6x100 strides.strides actually did kill me. felt extremely heavy. but was just glad i was done.
