Comments:
Our race was at 1:00 in the morning eastern time but we were pretty well adjusted. I was really nervous during the warmup. When I hit the line I was still really nervous. Went out in 4:28 for the mile. The two mile was in 9:06. The last mile was not pretty, 4:36. Then closed the last 200 in 33. Felt fine through two miles but got gapped and just fell asleep. I don't even know what to say about this race. I feel like I was a complete pussy just feeling bad for myself the entire race. To make things worse, I feel like I didn't go to my arms at all at the end and could've gone faster.
