Comments:
I'll put this all in one. These are the times my team recorded, they're a bit suspect...
4pm - 3 miles@18:30 - fairly easy course
5pm - 3.1 miles@ 19:00 - covering for someone, easy course.
4am - 8 miles@55 minutes - Hilly, was a last second switch(a girl got sick so I covered). Still not sure how I ran sub 7's at 4am..
2pm - 6 miles@50 minutes. This one sucked, was really tired, it was really hot and the hills were amazing. I pass a LOT of people though as I refused to walk and it seemed like everyone else did...
