Comments:
Ran this with Pat. 2 miles up outside and the wind/rain was pretty bad. Didn't want to worry about pulling something so we did this inside. 73, 59, 43, 19, 19, 19 with 4 minutes after the first 3 and 2 minutes between the 150's. The 500 felt easy, after that I felt out of shape. jogged a 400 or 200 between all reps. Need to lose 3-4 pounds this week. 1.5 cooldown.
