Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny, warm, dry, good running weather

Comments:
pretty good run, wasn't going particularly fast, but the weather was nice and i felt pretty good the whole way. Trails were a lot muddier than i expected, and I got some of it in the blister on my heel (rubbing dirt in wounds does not actually make them feel better in case anyone was curious). I got a lot of weird looks in the weight room, either because of all the mud, or just because I was using every weight in the whole room because i'm so swoll. Saw CoachL in the HoF, but then she disappeared before I was done (which wasn't long at all). Legs a little sore from all the biking and from lifting the other day maybe.

np, lee, sp, n.woodland, trails around the lakes, then through the meadow, back up np to house, picked up bag with stuff, ran down to work to get ethan's bike back, rode it up to veale to lift, rode back home.

lifted and did ups after.
