long run. went 11 with armando and ben. had a big stomach cramp throughout the run but i controlled it by slowing down my breathing. my shins felt fine today i didnt notice any leg pains during the run. we only stopped once with less than a mile to go (the water fountain near the shedd. splits: 7:47, 7:50, 7:26, 7:42, 7:29, 7:32, 7:07, 7:32, 7:11, 7:21, 8:16
