Weather: nice weather 70ish
Comments:
ran to forest hills to run some hillz. saw leanne on the way over, ran with her for a bit and stopped to talk. ran to the bottom of the hill and stopped for a minute to figure out what i was going to do. five seemed like a good number, and i wanted to do more than just up and down, kind of like in the workouts we do there. so i ran a loop of ~.5 miles five times, which took ~3:30 for each one. not too fast, but it was still kinda tiring. then i ran back. i could feel my legs were tired, but i think it was also from yesterday's run. i'm actually feeling pretty alright though, all things considered.
