Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 1.5 mile warmup then 20 min threshold run. Followed by a 1.5 mile cooldown. No leg/shin pain today. Although my stomach was bothering me, i may have overhydrated a bit. Still hit my times. After the three miles i puked really quick, then kept going for two more minutes.
