LONG RUN

Comments:
First long run of the week. Felt good...took me about an hour to get out of bed, and another half an hour to actually get out the house. Really good pace for a longer run. I'm eyeing a 12 mile run on Sunday, but I don't wanna take a day off from now until Sunday :( Maybe Saturday should be a day off.
